The other downside is if you like/want to use other tools that compete with Microsoft 365.it is hard to justify.like Dropbox, Zoom, Google Workspace. Having an all-in-one, highly integrated, continuously updated, and ever growing set of features and functionality for a ridiculously low price is a win-win.except maybe for the competition.Ĭons: The two downsides to Microsoft 365 is that there are so many tools now that it can be overwhelming. Pros: Microsoft 365 is the best business/productivity product Microsoft created in the last 10 years.
